Lane Switch is a one-time perpetual license sold through Dodo Payments. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. This policy applies to purchases completed through Dodo Payments Checkout from the Lane Switch website and supplements our Terms of Service and the Dodo Payments Buyer Terms. It does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
1. 30-Day Full Refund
You may request a full refund of the entire transaction within 30 calendar days after the purchase is completed. At initial launch, we do not offer partial refunds, including refunds of only part of the amount, one activation seat, or some quantities within the same transaction. We will follow applicable law where it requires different treatment.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout and include an order or payment identifier available from the Dodo Payments transaction record, Customer Portal, or a future Live receipt so we can locate the transaction. You do not need to provide a reason. Do not send a complete license key, payment-card number, or banking credentials by ordinary email.
3. Refund Processing Status
If the request qualifies, we initiate the refund through Dodo Payments and do not pay you outside Dodo Payments. A refund may be pending, under review, succeeded, or failed. It is complete only when Dodo Payments marks it as succeeded; pending or review does not mean the funds have been returned. After success, funds are returned to the original payment method, and the time before they appear depends on the payment provider and bank.
4. What Happens to the License
After a full refund succeeds, the license keys and entitlements associated with that transaction are disabled, and you must stop using the refunded paid features. An activated app detects the invalid license during its next online validation or after its current offline lease ends. While a refund remains pending, under review, or failed, we will not represent that license revocation is complete.
5. Late Requests, Failed Refunds, and Payment Disputes
Requests made after 30 days generally do not qualify under this policy unless applicable law requires otherwise or another circumstance must be addressed. If a refund fails, we will reconcile its Dodo Payments status and contact you about available next steps. If you do not recognize a charge or have a payment concern, contact us first. Starting a dispute with a payment provider does not mean a refund succeeded; disputes follow Dodo Payments and the relevant payment network's process.
